Accessibility Commitment

At everjrg.com, accessibility is considered an integral part of the design and engineering process. The goal is to create digital experiences that are clear, inclusive, understandable, and usable by as many people as reasonably possible, regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance. Accessibility is viewed as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time compliance exercise.

1. My Approach

Accessibility begins long before code is written. It is considered throughout:

  • Information Architecture
  • User Experience Design
  • Interface Design
  • Typography
  • Color Systems
  • Motion Design
  • Front-End Development
  • Performance Optimization
  • Content Structure

Every design decision aims to reduce unnecessary complexity while preserving clarity and usability.

2. Accessibility Goals

The Website is designed with the intention of supporting visitors who use:

  • keyboards
  • screen readers
  • screen magnifiers
  • voice control software
  • high-contrast display modes
  • reduced motion preferences
  • mobile accessibility features
  • alternative input devices

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure compatibility with modern browsers and assistive technologies.

3. Standards

The Website is designed with reference to internationally recognized accessibility principles, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Where reasonably achievable, new content and interface improvements are developed with these principles in mind. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process of continuous improvement rather than a declaration of perfect compliance.

4. Design Principles

Accessibility is supported through thoughtful design decisions such as:

  • logical page hierarchy;
  • semantic HTML where appropriate;
  • readable typography;
  • scalable layouts;
  • responsive interfaces;
  • meaningful heading structure;
  • sufficient spacing;
  • predictable navigation;
  • descriptive interactive elements;
  • keyboard accessibility where applicable.

5. Motion and Animation

Motion is used to communicate, not distract. Animations are intended to enhance understanding rather than interfere with navigation. Where supported, user preferences regarding reduced motion are respected. Decorative animation should never prevent access to information.

6. Color and Contrast

Color is not intended to be the sole method of communicating important information. Reasonable efforts are made to provide adequate visual contrast between interface elements and their backgrounds. Design decisions seek to balance aesthetics with readability.

7. Typography

Typography is selected to improve readability across a wide range of devices. Considerations include:

  • font size;
  • spacing;
  • hierarchy;
  • line length;
  • responsive scaling;
  • visual clarity.

8. Responsive Experience

The Website is designed to function across multiple screen sizes and input methods. This includes support for:

  • desktop computers;
  • laptops;
  • tablets;
  • mobile devices.

Layouts adapt to improve readability and usability.

9. Performance

Performance contributes to accessibility. Reasonable efforts are made to optimize:

  • loading speed;
  • asset delivery;
  • image optimization;
  • code efficiency;
  • responsive behavior.

Faster experiences reduce barriers for visitors using slower networks or older devices.

10. Content

Content is written with an emphasis on:

  • clarity;
  • readability;
  • meaningful structure;
  • concise language where appropriate.

Technical topics may naturally contain specialized terminology, but unnecessary complexity is avoided whenever possible.

11. Portfolio Content

Some portfolio materials include:

  • visual demonstrations;
  • videos;
  • animations;
  • experimental interfaces;
  • conceptual projects.

Because these materials are intended to showcase creative capabilities, certain experiences may prioritize visual presentation. Whenever reasonably possible, accompanying text or contextual information is provided to support understanding. Accessibility improvements remain an ongoing objective as the portfolio evolves.

12. Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence may assist in generating or refining certain visual or written materials presented throughout the Website. AI-generated assets are reviewed prior to publication. Accessibility considerations remain subject to human review rather than automated generation alone.

13. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an evolving discipline. The Website is periodically reviewed and refined to improve compatibility, usability, and overall visitor experience. Future updates may introduce additional accessibility enhancements as technologies and standards evolve.

14. Known Limitations

Despite ongoing efforts, certain portions of the Website may contain accessibility limitations, particularly where experimental technologies, complex visualizations, or emerging web capabilities are involved. When such limitations are identified, reasonable efforts will be made to evaluate and improve them over time.

15. Feedback

Feedback is welcomed. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this Website, encounter an accessibility issue, or have suggestions for improvement, you are encouraged to get in touch using the contact information provided in the Legal Center. Constructive feedback helps improve future iterations of the Website.

16. Compatibility

The Website is intended to support current versions of major modern browsers. Because browsers, operating systems, assistive technologies, and web standards continue to evolve, identical behavior cannot be guaranteed across every possible environment. Reasonable efforts are made to maximize compatibility whenever practical.

17. Accessibility Philosophy

Accessibility is not viewed solely as a technical requirement. It is part of a broader philosophy of thoughtful design. Good interfaces reduce cognitive effort. Good engineering removes unnecessary obstacles. Good communication makes information easier to understand. Accessibility is therefore considered an essential component of quality, craftsmanship, and user experience.

18. Future Improvements

As new technologies become available, the Website may introduce improvements such as:

  • enhanced keyboard navigation;
  • expanded screen reader support;
  • improved semantic structure;
  • richer alternative descriptions;
  • additional accessibility testing;
  • broader compatibility across assistive technologies.

Accessibility will continue to evolve alongside the Website itself.

19. Contact

Questions, comments, or accessibility concerns may be directed to Ever Rojas at hello@everjrg.com, or through the contact information available in the Legal Center. Every reasonable effort will be made to review accessibility-related requests and consider improvements where appropriate.

Accessibility Principles

The Website is guided by the following principles:

  • Inclusivity
  • Clarity
  • Simplicity
  • Readability
  • Predictability
  • Performance
  • Respect
  • Continuous Improvement

Design Philosophy

Design is not only about aesthetics. It is about reducing friction. Every interface should help people understand, navigate, and accomplish their goals with confidence. Accessibility is one expression of that philosophy. Good design should never exclude people unnecessarily.
